PinKeep
A personal place organizer.
You find a restaurant worth going back to, a shop someone recommended, a trailhead you want to try. PinKeep is where those go, so they are still there when you need them.
Share a place into PinKeep from your maps app, paste a link, or type one in by hand. Give it a category, a few tags, and a note about why you saved it. Later, find it again by name, city, category, or tag — and open it in your maps app when it is time to actually go.
What PinKeep does

Your places stay on your device
PinKeep has no accounts and no sign-up. Everything you save is stored in a database on your own device. There is no cloud sync, and your saved places are not uploaded to us.
The app uses the network in one place: when you share a shortened map link into PinKeep, it follows that link to read the full address behind it. That request goes to the service that issued the link, not to us.
Because we hold no copy of your library, keeping your own backup matters. Export writes a file you control, and it is free to use.

PinKeep Pro
PinKeep Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks Import
— reading a .pinkeep file back into your library,
whether that is your own backup or a collection someone shared with you.
Everything else stays free, including saving places, organizing them, filtering, sharing, and exporting. There is no subscription. On Android, the purchase is handled by Google Play; see the Terms of Use for details.
